Dr. Tara Pollock understands the importance of creating a safe space to help you explore your health from a holistic perspective. Her practice is focused on primary care. She has seen countless individuals through their different health challenges and treated a wide variety of conditions. She is passionate about helping people find a way to feel their best so that they can live a life they love.
Dr. Pollock treats each case individually and offers compassionate care that focuses on empowering the patient. She uses a variety of naturopathic modalities in treatment, including but not limited to: nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and mind-body medicine. She also uses acupuncture to stimulate the body’s ability to heal for both acute and chronic conditions.
She received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine with honors from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Phoenix, Arizona (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine). She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. She is mold literate certified. She has an Associates degree in Mind Body Psychology. She is also a yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and certified Reflexologist.
Dr. Pollock enjoys dancing, cooking, and sipping loose leaf tea. She especially loves to recharge her spirit in the green mountains with her husband and daughter.

Dr. Jacobs utilizes a blend of the most up-to-date research that modern medicine has to offer, as well as time tested treatments from traditional medicines. Her philosophy of medicine is first to follow the Hippocratic oath, Primum Non Nocere, or "Do No Harm." She chooses the least invasive treatments in order to restore health to the body. She also works hard to discover the cause of imbalance within a persons body, and helps to restore equilibrium, also following the principle of Tolle Causum, or find and treat the cause.
Dr. Jacobs also has a love for primary care. She has enjoyed working in Vermont for 10 years in this capacity and especially values being a part of families lives. She especially loves working with entire families to get a holistic perspective of who that person is and what role they play within their family unit.
Dr. Jacobs appreciates helping patients understand the true balance in life, and works to guide her patients to understand the common causes of their dysfunction. She meets them where they are in the process, and truly listens to her patients so that they may achieve an optimal sense of wellness and equilibrium in their lives.
Dr. Susan Jacobs received her Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, in Seattle , Washington, one of the top-rated universities of natural medicine in the world. She has extensive clinical experience, working with a wide variety of patients of all ages.
She is a proud mother of three children. She loves being outside, either working in her garden, or taking advantage of all that the beautiful state of Vermont has to offer, such as hiking, swimming, and kayaking.
